Nancy Hale Hoyt
Ms. Hoyt, one of the founding members of PAA, has been and continues to be 100 percent civic minded. A long-time resident of Mountain Lake in Lake Wales, she has served as President of the Lake Wales Arts Council, Gala Chair, the Lake Wales Care Center and is affiliated with many other organizations and institutions. An avid lover of the arts, she works tirelessly and appropriately calls herself a "community volunteer," a title she is fully worth deserving. She is a graduate of the esteemed Wellesley College, has children and grandchildren who live in Europe, whom she does not get to see as often as she would prefer and she is an overall friend of the arts. We continue to thank her for her service to PAA. Recently, when asked what the arts mean to her, she responded with, "The arts enrich my soul, and friends involved in the arts have enriched my life." She is a living example of how important we must continue to support the arts, as it is an organic component to the quality of our lives!
