Lake Wales Arts Center
The Lake Wales Arts Center has something for everyone. It is a treasure trove of visual art and music located in the charming historic building at the corner of State Road 60 and 11th Street in Lake Wales, Florida. The Lake Wales Arts Center is owned and operated by the Lake Wales Arts Council and offers a year-round variety of classes, concerts and exhibitions in a state of-the-arts gallery.
It is open to the public Tuesday - Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., June 1 - August 31. From September 1 - May 31, the Arts Center is also open Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. There is no admission fee. Visitors may enjoy our current exhibit in the Michael Crews Gallery and the Permanent Collection throughout the building, all while enjoying the beautiful architecture of the historic, Spanish Mission-style building, which was formerly the Holy Spirt Catholic Church built in 1927.
